My complaint:
I have never been to Panera before. I met a friend there had lunch. The staff answer any question and were very polite. My complaint was I bought bagels to take home for my husband and I. My husband had one shortly after I got home. He told me they were really dried out, so I had one I found them to be very dry we wondered if they were day old or just stale. I enjoyed my lunch but did not like the bagels. We ate two more but decided that they were not worth the effort. Thank you
