My complaint:
I am a 65 year old handicapped senior citizen. Using your mobile App I ordered the Soupsandwich Family Feast, and selected a time to pick it up… I was delayed by 20 minutes with the pick up time,but when I drove to the window the assistant (Destiny) took 3 minutes or more to even come to the window, and then when I said I wanted to pick up my order, her reply was rude and said you have to come in As I mentioned, I am handicapped which is why I did not choose to come in, she said she couldn’t find my order and I asked for the manager (Mohammed Faisel) and he too was rude and not helpful. I drove away upset.. I have been a Rewards member for over 3 years and enjoy your food, but I will not be using Panera Bread anymore
Suggested solution:
Panera Bread can resolve my complaint, by extending me a free Family SoupSandwich Feast (tuna on black pepper foccia bread, creamy tomato soup with Lemon Drop Cookies order), providing your employees on better customer service, and being more customer friendly, especially to handicapped senior citizens. Panera Bread seems to be having customer care problems, I have called both the customer care line and the corporate office line, and was put on hold without anyone answering my call.
