My complaint:
I am a combat veteran, served 22 years. I went to have lunch for Veterans Day at this location. After talking to the General Manager Ryan, I was told that Panera Bread do not offer discounts to veterans on Veterans Day. This is a one day a year honoring veterans. I frequently patronize this establishment on a daily basis. I am currently typing this complaint up, while I am in Panera Bread eating a salad. I have been on hold for about 30 minutes. I finally reached David in customer service. He stated to me that different cafes have different policies when it comes to providing discounts to veterans.
Suggested solution:
One day out of 365 days in a year on Nov 11th of every year provide a discount to all veterans, providing that they can show veteran status.
