My complaint:
ordered a chicken mediterranean salad I could not understand the guy taking the order…he kept asking me if I wanted all these side dishes I said no but he said ‘it comes with it’ …. I even asked ‘is that extra money?’ and he said no. then he repeated the order back to me so I know I ordered chicken on that salad…. well, it came without chicken….my son ordered a bbq chicken sandwich which came with a bag of chips…..$36 later and that was quite an expensive lunch lol many sit down places are just as fast, just as healthy less expensive
Suggested solution:
chicken should have been added to my order, teach people taking orders to put them in correctly
