My complaint:
Ive had two incidents already where the girl ask if i want bread, chips or apples. I said chips for both occasions and the always give me bread! So why even bother asking the customer what they want if they are are going to basically put whatever they feel like it?!
Suggested solution:
Re-train your staff -many of your customers go there to grab a meal after long shifts working at the hospital nearby or businesses
