My complaint:
I spent 30 dollars on food AND ordered in online so it would be done by the time i got there, it told me the food would be ready at 2:36 when i got there they said it was alittle backed up which is fine but for my order to not come out until 3!!! is just unacceptable ONTOP OF THAT I waited all that time just for them to forget the scone (That yes they charged me for) when i complained I was told but you got your food not to mention the food was terrible and the pizza looked like they through all the stuff together and hopped it worked out
Suggested solution:
I would like some type of compensation or at least a return for my purchase because this ISN'T the first time I've had problems with Panera and this time it left a really sour taste in my mouth.
