My complaint:
I placed a rapid pickup order on 11-10-20 for 5:35pm. For the second visit in a row my order was not at the rapid pickup area. I wanted 10. I utes and finally asked a girl about my order. She found 2 orders behind the counter, but my order was not one of them. I finally asked for the manager who said he was sorry and went to look for my order. He didn’t find it. He went to the computer and saw that my order was placed. The order was in front of him all the time. I looked at my order which now is cold and again the brownie I ordered was missing. Finally one was found and I left. Why have rapid pickup if your not going to supply the service. I am not happy at all with Panera. Will make my feelings known on Facebook and Twitter

Reimburse me for the money I spent and give me a free meal
