My complaint:
I go to the back the pick up an order, i hadn’t seen that the order was already put out and went to the counter where not one employee greeted me or asked if i needed help. A light skin black woman with braids made eye contact with me and completely ignored me. Totally unacceptable
Suggested solution:
Train your employees to be pleasant and greet every customer that walks into the establishment and make sure that they’ve been helped or got what they needed. It’s so disrespectful to walk into an establishment and be ignored especially when the person has clearly seen you.
