My complaint:
The complaint is against their cheese for their Mac and cheese dishes. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!! Their cheese seems to be curdled and has no taste. The cheese is not creamy and has the texture of old, expired, left-out paste and is clumping to some of the pasta shells.
The dishes they use are also not completely clean. They have left over food stuck on the inside of the dish.
Suggested solution:
I believe the Panera at this location should inspect their dishes better after washing and before giving to customers with food in it.
The cheese needs to be creamy and have less of an old taste and look to the cheese.
