My complaint:

I placed an order online due to the dining area being closed, I had to go through the drive thru to pick up my order. I waited in the drive thru line about 30 minutes until getting my order. There were about 5 vehicles ahead of me. The line moved extremely slow. I had the same experience last week as well. The slowness of the drive thru line seems to just have started since the dining area has been closed. After getting my order, I pulled away checked and found I was missing several items as well as plastic ware. At that point, I called and told the worker that I had items missing from my order. I asked her if she could bring the items out as I did not want to go through the drive thru again. By this time, the drive thru line was backed up to the street causing some traffic issues. The worker did meet me outside and gave me the missing items.

Suggested solution:

I'm not sure if they have cut down on staff since the dining area is not open. If so, they obviously need more workers helping out. It would be great if they started with the curbside pickups again. However, where the curbside pickup parking areas are located, this can cause a problem if the drive thru line is long as the line blocks the curbside pickup parking areas making it difficult to back out if your order is brought to you curbside.
