My complaint:
I ordered from the app with a pickup at Mansfield Tx location. I got there, clicked I’M HERE and waited. Clicked again and waited all told 30 minutes. I thought What’s going on? Looked at the app and it says COOPER ST LOCATION. I have had problems with this app switching locations. So now I have to drive 20 mins in traffic to the CooperSt location. Clicked I’M HERE and waited. Ended up going in , on a curbside order, and getting it myself. I was working in Mansfield so now I have to DRIVE BACK through traffic and eat while driving to make it to my next appointment on time. I had rated your app a 5 star. Now it gets a dam not 1 star but a dam! You should send me a $25 gift card or more for what I went through. I am so p. o.’ d!
