My complaint:

Ordered 2 Mediterranean Veggie Sdw, 1 BB Broc Ched Soup
Sandwich was not done right, they forgot to put dressinghumus. asked if anything had changed in the way they prepare given the pandemic. There were literally 4 tables occupied in the whole place at 5:29 pm. Manager Stephen Sprengle came said oh looks like they forgot – will give u humus u can apply to your bread and eat ! Frankly been to panera last 20 years, never experienced such a rude behaviour from a manager.
My Panera Receipt on the top says [Accuracy Matters your order should be correct every time. if its not we will fix it right away]
