My complaint:

Placed our order. Order was incorrect. When I finally received my sandwich I took two bites and felt something hard. I realized that a piece of sharp plastic was in the sandwich. I returned to the register with the the sharp plastic and the sandwich. The made a new sandwich. After I finished my sandwich I returned to the register and asked to speak to a manager. She returned cost of the meal and handed me a voucher for a return visit. Too little too late. The manager should have approached me and apologized. They also had a big sign on the outside seating area that tables would be cleaned every thirty minutes. Not true We were there for over an hour and no tables were cleaned. Poor Poor Service. We are frequent customers of this Panera location and in the past have had no complaints. The service and food has always been excellent. So disappointed.

Suggested solution:

Better service.
