My complaint:
I received a $10 gift card after purchasing a $50 Panera Christmas Gift card for a friend. The eGift Card is 6177 7812 6691 1571 and the Pin is 9378.
Due to COVID-19 I haven’t gone to any restaurants until today. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the gift card the manager, Joel, refused it and said that it expired last December, 2019. How can that be since I bought the gift card late in December for a friend. Additionally, if it did expire, ALL other of my vendors have extended expiration dates due to COVID-19. You can check my records and see that I have NOT attended a Panera (OR ANY OTHER RESTAURANT) until today since COVID-19. This has left a VERY, VERY, VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH ABOUT PANERA

I think you should honor this coupon and provide me an additional coupon for my troubles and POOR TREATMENT today!!!
