My complaint:
On August 18 I placed an online order at 9:15AM and I literary live 5 minutes from the store and I receive my order 10:07AM ( almost an hour ) my coffee was cold and also my breakfast sandwich … one of items was incorrect so I called the store .. i spoke with some guy … Not sure if was the manager I think hi name was Luis.. he give me a really bad exactitude his words what do expect for a coffee……. I’m really disappointed with his attitude and I think he should have a better manners to treat customers
Suggested solution:
I think orders need to be delivered on time so customer can enjoy the quality of the food. ( nobody likes a cold breakfast )
Customer service NEED to know how to handle a complain and not be rude or disrespectful with customers.
