Panera Bread complaint: Poor service

My complaint:

First- I ordered a half sandwich and I received a whole sandwich( I did pay for the whole) Second and more importantly, the order taker was rude, abrupt and acted thoroughly disgusted that we were even there- horrible attitude! Third: table were not cleaned off between patrons ( every other table was ribboned off in accordance with Covid regulations) but I honestly felt it was less clean than usual and any “ Covid efforts” were a sham! Picking up the order after my buzzer went off was disorganized with no cleanly precautions taken at all- this was unlike any a Panera experience I have ever had!

Suggested solution:

I feel that my friend and I should be enticed back with a free lunch. Without that, we will not be returning to Panera.
