My complaint:
this was our second time to panera to order our food ,we ordered 2 southwest chicken soups which we got home did not receive all that goes with the soup, so we called and jeanna the manager answered I examined but her attitude was very very beligerant and arrogant,and I dont appreciate her tone of voice nor making me feel like im a disturbance , I just got done paying $34 dollars for my order, I expect to get what I pay for , and without the attitude , I wouldn’t have called if you would have been responsible and pay attention to what your doing , thats something we expect from McDonald’s not panera , we won’t be back no worries especially with her running it , yes she gave us refund but her attitude was utterly disgusting

Get a respectable professional. For a manager that knows how to actually deal aa a human being not like her
