My complaint:
I’ve been coming to Panera since it opened. Blueberry bagel strawberry cream cheese, use to be blueberry cream cheese that was taken away and you removed the strawberry. I stop every morning and a lot time come back for lunch. Now you do this. I spend a lot of money here. I work at the WM corporate office. And I do talk about eating here to everyone. Are you bringing strawberry cream cheese back???? If not I’ll drop Panera and go else where. I’m a true dedicated customer. But no strawberry or blueberry cream cheese I’m gone. I get something I like and I don’t change. And same on my lunch I got here. Very very disappointed I even used drive thru every day during the pandemic. Now I can come in and sit. Please let me know. True dedicated customer.
Suggested solution:
Bring back strawberry or blueberry cream cheese. So I can continue to come in and get my blueberry bagel and strawberry or blueberry cream cheese. And I’ll continue to also eat almost all my lunches here as well.
