My complaint:
I ordered my food as usual following online forum for order to be brought to car as I have done before.
I checked in as “I am here” button as directed on my email. Parked in designated pick up area. Waited 10 minutes without staff coming to my car.
Staff checking out window for cars and went to other cars while I sat. I called the store three times and no one answered.
I then proceeded to enter store to fetch my order and I asked the staff that was bringing orders out about mine and she was terribly rude. Saying my car color was not on my receipt. I told her how i ordered and my check in process and she hugged at me and shook her head saying she saw my order and me there but “wasn’t about to bring it out without car color!”She also stated that they are not allowed to answer phones even though I was directed to call for my order.
I proceeded to ask for a manager because of the rudeness this server was giving me.
The manager Apologized that my order was not brought out and said she heard phone but was busy and did not answer it.
I had four small children in my car which is why I order curbside due to COVID19

Suggested solution:
They should have at least warmed up my order. Apologize for rudeness that was unnecessary.
Staff should not be so rude.
