Panera Bread complaint: Nasty and disrespectful Employee

My complaint:

I came into Panera Bread at the above location. I waited in line while employees seemed to be clocking out on the register. I still waited another Five minutes afterwards to place my order, but at least that young lady was polite. I proceeded to where you sit and wait for your name to be called. I noticed there was NO one behind the counter I continued to wait another 8 minutes or so. A young lady came out and said, what is going on back here. Then two other young ladies came out and one asked my name I replied. I told her I had been waiting quite sometime she then became offensive and belligerent. She said, No you have not I came up to the counter and asked for the manager she continued to be Nasty and argumentative towards me. I am old enough to be this young lady’s grandmother. I just could not believe it I asked the manager for her name. The service was the Worst I was told her name is Lakisha.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money or send me compensation. The Employee needs more training in Customer Services. Her
People Skills were Awful.
