My complaint:
My husband ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup for me using drive through on 100321 at 5:22 PM – cashier Zo. When he arrived home, I found they sent the chicken and rice soup. He then checked the receipt they attached to the bag and it says chicken noodle soup. They asked him if he wanted to use the $1 off soup reward that I had, but did not use it. The total on the receipt says $4.70. He gave them $10.80 and they gave him $5.01 back as change. Total fubar on all counts.
Suggested solution:
I'd like the resolution to be a coupon for a you pick two. It's bad enough to have this kind of error when in the store, but to drive home find it is beyond frustrating.
