My complaint:
Order received 30 minutes later then expected. Had a meeting with out of town visitors, what an embarrassment. I tried calling the location a couple times to find out where the order was and no one would answer the phone. When driver arrived I told him what a fail this was, he said I know Panera was really busy and made the driver wait as order was not ready. This order was placed on line and had plenty of time. If there is a next time I will come place the order for 9 sandwichesSoup and really back things up.
Suggested solution:
Don't offer deliver service, I would have picked this up rather then pay for delivery provide a tip
