Orders right maybe 30% of the time. I have the coffee subscription so I do go there daily. With my coffee subscription I always purchase a breakfast and I usually purchase some thing for lunch. I have called and complained To the Panera Bread on Talmage Road in Toledo Ohio numerous times and nothing seems to happen. You would think with all the complaints they would figure out a way to get orders right! At this point I will probably no longer want to go into this Panera bread when you spend good money and they can’t get anything right. Then when I call and tell them about it they want me to stop in I have to give them my name when I get there they then a walk around to try to figure out if I’m really telling them the truth about my order from manager to manager 15 minutes later I finally get my sandwich I’m not doing that! I do rapid pick up for a reason not to stand around waiting on my order to be right! I have complained on the app numerous times nothing happens there either. Panera bread food is priced higher than some around the area. And I will be going to them if I cannot get this resolved within the next couple orders. I also will be getting rid of my subscription for the coffee. Also I work right next-door to Panera bread and my coworkers are dealing with the same issues. I am not surprised actually though because I see what goes on when I’m there and I know that we’re not the only ones getting upset because usually when I’m there there’s always somebody else complaining also! So just wanted you to know that something needs to be done at this location I’m not sure what it is but if something doesn’t happen they will no longer be receiving my business!
Get in contact with this location and let them know about their complaints! I have several pictures. But I will post they just were not correct orders! And I’ll be taking pictures every time is incorrect from now on!
