Complaint: Sanitizing tables and cleaning them

My complaint:

I went after what they claim are their business hrs and several of available tables were dirty. After I left I called and was hung up on 3 times. Weren’t answering. I finally got through and the manager gave me nothing but excuses. Their recording says that they are going to clean more and sanitize. I then called corporate and held for 45 minutes and they never answered. They said my call was “so important “. Guess it wasn’t. I then wrote them an e-mail and it wouldn’t let me submit it. They just don’t care about their customers!!

Suggested solution:

Hire more help! If you want a tip, which it asks for when you charge, they need to provide service. They definitely need to clean and sanitize often because of Covid 19. They also need to answer their phones.
