My complaint:
More then once I found some pretty gross things in the box lunches. Anywhere from actual hair, unknown what anything else was that had been found. Basically pretty much gross.
Suggested solution:
Wouldn't even know how to resolve it. I had even called the store where we thought the food had been prepared and we basically got told on one incident that we were lying.
