Panera Bread complaint: cold and messed up drinks and food cold order on 102720

My complaint:

when recieved our order the coffee was not the correct size and cold and the other drink was not made the way ordered the food was also cold and was not where we could eat it at all. The amount of money we spent we expected it to be correct, hot and good to eat and it was not and the person that took the order rushed us and didn’t repeat the order to make sure that she had everything correct she acted like she didn’t want to be there or help us through the drive thru

Suggested solution:

give our money back, free food and extra rewards to the person that gave there telephone number because we go there and this is not the first time this has happened to us and if it was not near where we were because of the last time with the same experience we would have not gone and this was our only meal for the day.
