My complaint:
I was going to go Panera bread in the Seaside area on Saturday. Panera bread supposed to open 9 am, but it was closed in the site, and we called and no answer. Obviously, the Panera bread close. That’s so ridiculous closing on Saturday. one more thing I ordered sesame bagle but an employee sais I did not have sesame bagle, and I tried to order a plane bagle but the plane was not too. That was so annoying and that happened morning. Also, my friend ordered butter, but the employee gave just cream cheese. I have the worst customer service. I do not want to go to Panera bread again. I really disappoint at Panera bread deeply.
Suggested solution:
First of all, they have to update and announcement to close to sold out in site or app so that customers will be able to know the information.
Secondly, all employees must take training in customer service. I believe Panera bread is the most horrible customer service in the food or cafe company. Moreover, all employees should be more polite. I would say I am not a friend with Panera bread employee so have to respect and have to recognize the in-store situation. For example, checking a lack of food or material. If there is a lack of food, they have to refill one stock. I will never forgive about sesame bagle sold out even though it was 9 am.
