My complaint:
I am extremely disappointed on how Panera took total advantage of their clients during pandemic. In order for Panera to make money they teased their clients being me and my neighbors by offering online delivery. now that pandemic is slowly lessening Panera is no longer offering delivery service in my neighborhood. why? Did we only matter when Panera concerned themselves with expanding their delivery location in order to make money versus accommodating their loyal clients. What was your real motive? I look forward to your response.
Suggested solution:
Keep the same delivery locations that were available during the pandemic. Fyi. This is in regards to Panera Staten island mall. I live in great killaeltingville
