My complaint:
I placed an online order for a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup, and a half strawberry lemon chicken poppyseed salad. I’ve ordered from this Panera more than once, and get this salad every time it’s in season, however, I paid for a chicken salad, and there was no chicken on it. I do not eat red meat, so chicken and turkey are my main sources of protein. I’m disappointed.
Suggested solution:
Actually put chicken in my salad next time, refund me, give me a free salad, or all 3.
