My complaint:
My boyfriend and I visited for lunch on June 22nd and we are our meal peacefully. 2 women then came and sat in the both next to us, to our surprise a staff member came over to us and started to tell us that we needed to “Move to another table” We understand the social distancing in place but I had politely asked if we could finish our meal then we would happily leave. The staff member then proceeded to become EXTREMELY rude to me and told me that if I wanted to finish my meal that I had to do it at another table. The women who made the complaint were the ones who sat next to us!! He then raised his voice to me in the middle of the establishment and demanded that I either move tables or leave. I have NEVER felt more degraded and embarrassed in my life. I left the restaurant furious with tears in my eyes.
Suggested solution:
The employee should first be punished. I understand he was going his job but making a customer cry and feel embarrassed is not okay. Second I would like to be refunded for my meal. I have an order number I can leave for proof of my order but I can not submit proof of the encounter, although i’m sure it was recorded on camera in the establishment
