My complaint:
I come to Panera Bread after school spend money there every single day. Therefore, almost all of the workers either know me or my face. Yesterday around 5 pm I placed my usual pickup order for a Toasted Steak white cheddar sandwich. I waited until the given time on the app for it to be ready which was around 5:49. When I went up there to get the order it wasn’t done. So i waited another 15 minutes it was there. The order was completely wrong I received a disgusting looking grilled cheese sandwich instead. At this point I wasn’t even upset was actually very understanding. So I went to the counter to get the order fixed and the worker behind the counter immediately when I say immediately i mean it, caught an attitude. I hadn’t even told her what my issue was before she started rolling her eyes which then pissed me tf off. So she refused to even help me while I was standing there so I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to help me when she could’ve solved the mf issue from the get go. The guy who helped me, (later found out his name was Tyshawn) he works in the bakery. So making my order wasn’t even his job he was trying to tell his co workers to please help me. Both the girl and another man behind the counter started arguing over fixing my order because they both claimed that it was wasn’t their fault. I did not express any irritation really because I just wanted my order fixed. I sat back down to give them some time to fix my shit i come back 45 minutes later it STILL was not done. The bitch behind the counters literal words when she saw me were “And here she go again” rolled her eyes. Completely dont understand how she has the audacity to catch an attitude over a incorrect order that takes 5 minutes to mf fix. Eventually Tyshawn left his bakery job fixed my order by himself for me because hes clearly the only one in that restaurant with some sense. He also gave me a free pastry but I have no refund. My main issue here is the the girl behind the counter. She needs to be fired. Her behavior was completely unacceptable unprofessional unprovoked. Her name is Brooklyn Campbell. She’s very skinny and wears glasses. Please reach out if more is needed because she don’t deserve no mf job with an attitude like that. Also, I saw her treat other customers the same way while I was waiting 2 hrs for my food.
