My complaint:

I visited this location today. I ordered 2 full salads and 2 teas to eat in the dining room. When my name was called out it was in a to go bag. When husband said that it was for the dining room and not to go. The lady said that is the way it was ordered and that our order. My husband ask for 2 bowls and real silverware. He was told no to the request and we could eat our to go order in the dining room if we wanted. The to go fuji salads in the plastic containers are 12 as what you get when you dine in. I feel cheated!

Suggested solution:

Full refund. This is new Panera with no customer service. This would have never happened at the usual location that I visit.
