Panera Bread complaint: Poor Service, BAD drivers

My complaint:

I have been ordering from the above-Panera for 3- years and stopped ordering about 6-mths ago because, I either don’t get the right food, it’s cold, driver’s drop off my food somewhere else. I received spoiled orange juice, took it in and they asked me what would you like us to do? The managers over there are idiots. Try to call them to complain and no phones are answered. I placed an order this morning giving driver a $3 tip. I ordered a Carmel Latte which was supposed to have whip cream carmel in it along with a bagel, cream cheese yogurt.
This store is less than 5 min from me yet it took over a 12 hour to get here. Driver forgot my drink in the car, NO whip cream, NO carmel, and cold. Yogurt and cream cheese was warm. I’m not spending my money again at Panera Bread at that location. Someone needs to check into that place.

Improve their service, drivers and answer their phone.
