My complaint:
I placed a rapid pick up order this morning, as I do many mornings and ordered an iced coffee and blueberry bagel.
I received the notification it was ready and walked in to see it nowhere in sight. I said excuse me to a lady who works there three times before she turned around exasperated with me rolling her eyes and said what? I asked her if she could check on my order and interrupted me mid sentence and said name and I told her my name again talking over me she said last name I told her then she walked back for a while came back out with it and said here pretty much pushing it to my arms and I thanked her greatly told her I was in a hurry to get my daughter to school and she rolled her eyes and said yup
Just really bad service and I get panera roughly around 4 times a week. Also my coffee was completely milk it was white and tasted like cold milk so very disappointing in both.

However you think is right to resolve this just very displeased for someone who buys panera so often
