My complaint:
Arrived at Panera and placed order, Flat bread pizza. Pick 2 (green salad and tomato soup). Side choice, apple. Pager was not provided. I thought due to COVID they would call our name. After waiting several minutes (10), went to check and order was on counter. No one attempted to contact us regarding order. What I received was, Flat bread pizza, soup, a salad with chicken, and a baguette.
Suggested solution:
I would like to receive credit for the incorrect order.
