My complaint:
My daughter and I ordered pick 2
She got mac n cheese and teriyaki sandwich half..the Mac n cheese wasn’t fit to eat I took pic..so I went back to counter and told assoc. And she gave me a cookie??then I reordered another half sandwich bc my kid was still hungry…and my soup was cold and guys in kitchen told me to use microwave in lobby
Suggested solution:
I spent $34.69 7.40 and still felt hungry and employees werent too concerned...that's a lot of money when we can't afford to go-to BIG restaurants so we carefully chose panera and it was a bad experience..
