My complaint:

No lettuce in the ceaser salad. After ordering I was told there was no romaine lettuce I asked for spinach, There was none, It was the most pitiful salad ever. Soup bowls were filled half way and the I had asked for extra chipoltle on sandwich and it had none! really disappointed,
Suggested solution:
Either refund our money or send gift certificate to cover the price
