My complaint:

I took my package to the drop of shop in Stalybridge, i then tracked the app and it never updated, i finally got in touch with Packlink who took weeks to get back to me to say my package had been lost. I sent the relevant proof to them on 30 May and they didnt get back to me until 13 June where they said they had all the information and that i would receive the payment within 30 days of 13 June. I sent this information on 30 May so why are they saying the 30 days is from 13 June.

Suggested solution:

i want my money back ASAP. I am now out of pocket as i have had to refund the buyer.
