Orbitz complaint: Rented car for 8 days for 275 dollars and car was not delivered and money was not refunded

My complaint:

I rented a car from 224-11 for $275 from Orbitz. At the airport counter they told me they did not have my car and Orbitz will not refund my money.

Suggested solution:

When I receive a refund and 50 dollars in cab fares as I went without a car for one day.
