My complaint:
I reserved a SUV at Enterprise DUS airport for 319-33123 The agent gave me a compact car at a lower class than the reservation. I complained about the car and was told they did not have the SUV. However there were more than a few in the rental lot. I want to receive a discount for the lower class vehicle. And, complain that Enterprise failed to deliver the car on the reservation.
Suggested solution:
Provide refund for lower class car vs SUV in reservation due to false advertising by Enterprise and Orbitz. The product promised was not what was delivered.
