My complaint:
I rented a car in Cancún in Europcar through orbitz, when Inarrived they tried to charge me additional insurance, I rejected it, and because of that they charged 17 extra dollars a day (almost twice the price of the rental), orbitz never showed anything about this charges in their bill, and when I called they knew and supported this hidden fee that by the way is prohibited by law in Mexico.
