My complaint:
I was extremely disappointed and disregarded and I feel deceived by the establishment and car rental. Due to new trainee manager I couldn’t get ahold of the location to pick up a vehicle…followed Kristen was nice helpful very kind.
Airport Austin straubel said I had to pay on top of 250 25% of total cost and then 300 so instead of 250 it was $597!!!! What? I am in Michigan to see my grandmother who is on hospice in the welcome lot no room alone in my van with 245,000 miles! All because I thought the vehicle was covered! Nowhere in any part of me paying the insurance fee did it state an extra $350! How ridiculous!!! I’m literally in a parking lot in my van waiting until the hotel will take me at 1pm due to the fact they gave my room away! I’m so upset and my BEST FRIEND IN THE WORLD DIED MONDAY WHO WAS COMING ON THIS TRIP! And my GRANDMA WHO WAS GIVEN 48 hours to on hospice!!!
Shame on you for not disclosing anything about 350$ Be honest and upfront! I’m sobbing and afraid as well as alone so thanks for the poor information on the site and lack of communication as well as regard for human beings and emergencies.
I minimum would like my insurance paid back and I feel I’m owed some type of pain and suffering I’m traumatized! Never in my life did I think I would be out of state in a parking lot right now!
Suggested solution:
Pay me my insurance fee and at least cover my hotel
