My complaint:

I have close my one month account I had with the company from December 2020 to January 20 ,2021. all my fees were pay off my balanced to my account was zero. they send me an email on February 10 2021 that states all my equipment has been received. I spoke to one of your customer rep. they told me that my account is paid in full. now they told me I own 504.85. i remind you that i close my account on the 20th of January. they did an unauthorized payment taking out of my account. i have spoken to several of your customer rep one name Ahemd. I ask him to speak to a supervisor he told me to hold on after several minutes he came back on after, still explain the situation Ahed hung the phone up on me where i have to call back again to speak to another customer rep to get a supervisor to call me back.
