My complaint:
I made an error in the name by one letter . I contacted Opodo immediately. They asked me to send a copy of the passport with correct spelling . I did this . 14 days later , 19 phone calls I keep getting told wait another 24 hrs . I have had zero reply , every single day I call again even thou they say they are working on it , I feel like I am being lied to

By doing what the promised , to correct the spelling
