My complaint:
I purchased my ticket through opodo app from Hamburg to Heraklion with Condor airlines . when I reached the counter the agent told me that there is no listing under my name . however Opodo deducted the money from my account and reassured me that the listing is there . I paid 160€ for absolutely nothing. they are a bunch of thieves .
Suggested solution:
compensate me the money I paid for .
