Opodo complaint: Could not check in online and had to pay 21€

My complaint:

I wanted to check in online the day before for free. But it didn’t work, it didn’t bring me to the site . So I had to pay 21€ to the check in in Palma. I lot of time and money .

Suggested solution:

I want to have the 21€ back.
