My complaint:

We booked a flight for our daughter to fly to America to start her scholarship 260821. We done a nhs pcr on 180821 and it was negative so that’s why we booked her flights and private pcr test. The private pcr test came back positive so she couldn’t fly. We cancelled the fly and tried to get a refund but have been refused a refund. She tested positive for covid on 25721 so that’s why we got an NHS test 1st as we were told u can still have it in ur system for 90 days but not infectious. Due to this positive result on the 25th we decided to get another nhs test on the 27821 and again it came back negative. As u can see it is hard to believe that 3 pcr tests in 9 days and the only 1 she needs to fly with is positive. We believe that it has been a false positive and in the process of a dispute with the company. This could possibly stop her going to America to realise her dream.

Suggested solution:

I feel they should resolve my complaint by giving us a refund as it wasn't our fault. As you can see we only booked flights and the private pcr test after receiving an NHS negative test. So to get another negative result 3 days after a positive must be close to being impossible.
