My complaint:
OnTrac has missed delivery date 4 days in a row. Package is 20 miles from my house. Zero customer support. Terrible customer service. Each day it gets updated to the next day. It is now 12/20 and current tracking says delivery date is 12/19. Tomorrow will be 12/21 and tracking will update to a delivery date of 12/20. Awful company. Do not purchase from any companies that use OnTrac as their shipper. Would give them ZERO stars if possible.
Suggested solution:
They should deliver the package.
