My complaint:
I bought tickets in both way from Vaxjo Sweden to Copenhagen Denmark. Both suppose to be for direct way from one point to the end. But during my ride to home my train stopped in Hässleholm and it was the last stop. So i need to wait for next train and also I had to buy a new ticket from Hässleholm to Vaxjö.
Suggested solution:
I would like a partial refund of the ticket I bought on your website and could not use due to your mistake (there was nothing about changing trains) or a full refand for my new ticket.
