My complaint:
Hello,I was shopping at the lafayette louisiana store 12282020 and there were a lot of people shopping with only one cashier which was doing a great job, she called for help, finally the manager begin to set up a register, myself and another shopper began to go to her register, she said when I finish I’m taking the next in line, that was fine but instead she didn’t keep that routine ,then everyone that was in the back all went to the register, I’m retired and handicap,I shop there weekly, summer when the air condition was broke,I was there,I stood holding on the cart for 25 minutes and she kept looking at me because she knows she did wrong,i thought about this all night bcuz my feeling is still hurt, thank you for the opportunity to speak up, I’ve never made a complaint in my life.
Suggested solution:
I'm not sure but she alone need a refresher course.
